Amending Campaign Reports

A report/campaign statement that has been filed cannot be changed. Changes are submitted by amending the report/campaign statement. To create an amendment:

  1. Under the View menu select the Reports tab select the specific report that is to be amended and right click to select Amend.
  1. An amended statement will be created and will appear in the Reports tab with the same information as the original report. (See below). Amended statements are designated by the letter A which precedes the report name in the column for Type in the Reports tab.
  1. To amend existing transactions select the All Transactions tab.
  2. Select a specific transaction and right click to select Amend.
  3. If a transaction needs to be deleted from a report select the specific transaction and right click to select De-report to remove the transaction from the original report.
